Scent free zone

Help us keep the air we share healthy and fragrance-free. The chemicals used in scented products can make some people sick, especially those with fragrance sensitivities, asthma, allergies and other medical conditions. Please do not wear perfume, cologne, aftershave and other fragrance. Use unscented personal care products.
Building Description
The $59-million Biosciences complex was built in three phases beginning in July 2002 and ending in September 2005. The complex houses teaching and research facilities for more than 1,000 students and over 40 faculty members. It has received provincial and federal awards for energy efficiency. In the centre of the building, the Husky Courtyard is a “living classroom” that simulates a boreal forest and wetland environment.
